(“CLS”) to Xenetic related to Xenetic’s previously announced collaboration with VolitionRx Limited (NYSE AMERICAN:VNRX) (“Volition”), a multi-national epigenetics company, and CLS, a biopharmaceutical company developing first-in-class therapies based on the discovery of novel therapeutic targets. In consideration of the patent assignment, Xenetic will also issue 850,000 shares of common stock to CLS.
